“When I placed my order it said delivery would be the Monday morning only to get told on the Monday that it was being delivered on Tuesday think you should update delivery date if ordered on a Saturday.”

“Two out of four of the light pulls arrived chipped. I've written a couple of times an be haven't had a response yet. The light pulls are lovely, shame they were broken.”

We have replied to this clients messages several times but unfortunately they must be going into their junk file as we have had no response. We also have no telephone number on the order to call. We will always try to resolve any issues where we can. If the client could email us photo's of the damage, we will happily replace or refund the order.
