“Two out of four of the light pulls arrived chipped. I've written a couple of times an be haven't had a response yet. The light pulls are lovely, shame they were broken.”

We have replied to this clients messages several times but unfortunately they must be going into their junk file as we have had no response. We also have no telephone number on the order to call. We will always try to resolve any issues where we can. If the client could email us photo's of the damage, we will happily replace or refund the order.

“Fast delivery and great customer service. They didn't have an item in the colour I want so contacted me by phone to let me know and ask if another colour was ok. Cheap prices but not cheap looking items. Definitely buy from again.”

“I was on holiday when parcel was delivered and instead of leaving parcel with neighbour it was thrown over our fence. Luckily Home Fusion had packed it very securely and the item was not damaged. Pleased with item.”

“Really good service from Home Fusion but the carrier company they used was a complete let down. I was unable to track my parcel and discovered that it was left in the rain, they didn't bother to knock the door or leave a note. Lucky the parcel was well wrapped so although the box was totally soaked my item was unmarked.”
