“very informative and information was accurate. Good way to assess the resale value of your home and for others buying to view the homes assets. The only thing it wasn't up to date on was room additions that added more square footage which could add to the price of the home.”

“I am considering selling the house in a few years and just wanted to get an idea of what the value might be. However, this house has 5 bedrooms and a mother in laws suite. It is almost 2800 sq feet. They kept showing a picture of 4000 Winter Terrace but the house shown was mine at 3945. The picture is very old.”

“Very happy. We are selling this property in Spring of 2018. We have done many more improvements to it and realize Zillow is unaware that we live in a prosperous resort community of Chetek ,Wisconsin just off a very large chain of 6 lakes called Prairie Lake. We plan on listing for $149.900.00 and would like to sell "Zillow for sale by owner" and would like more info on how to go about doing that. We have heard good news on people who have sold for sale by owner off Zillow with very much luck. I have been in sales for 45 years and have sold 19 homes with realtors but am impressed with what I am hearing about Zillow sales.”
