“THE REPORT WAS GREAT, BUT THEY CHARGED $18.95, NOT THE $1 I AUTHORIZED. AND NOW THERE IS A PENDING TRANSACTION FOR AN ADDITIONAL $1. I HAVE DISPUTED THE $18.95.”
