“WELL, YOUR REPORT WAS DAMN NEAR 100% CORRECT!!! SINCE "THE" REVIEW ON THIS PROPERTY A LOT HAS BEEN DONE, AS NEW OWNER: NEW ROOF; GUTTERS; TWO FENCES (ONE FENCE FOR A BACKYARD PORTION OF OUR REAR PROPERTY) AND THEN ADDED CONCRETE STAIRS AND CONCRETE BASE OF 10 X 12 PATIO AND THEN THE ADDITIONAL SMALLER FENCE AND GATE FOR ADDITION SAFETY. THE REASON FOR ALL THIS: THE BACK YARD WAS A TREACHUROUS DOWNHILL SLOPE AND ANYONE COULD GET HURT. DOES THIS HELP???”
