The flow control lever on our hose reel hose broke after five years and I thought I would need a complete new end fitting. A call to customer service which was extremely well handled, gave me brilliant news that the lever was available as a spare part and shipped in super quick time. “The problem with my reel was not an issue for Hoselink. It was way out of warranty and except for a small nominal charge to return it for a service and repair it was returned to me like new, complete with new parts that were long missing or broken. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a Hoselink product purely and simply for the fact that thay standby their warranties and service guides. It seems you have your reel for years despite deterioration from weather and use.”
