“Thank you to hoselink warranty department. i bought my 30m reel about 5 years ago and from day one i thought the flow was not as good as it should be. But we did have local water pipe blockages, so i put up with it to long. one day i decided to pull apart the fluid adjusment control and found it onl opening half way. I call hoselink and they said that it should not be like that, so immediately they organised a new connector to be deliver free of charge. Thank You HOSELINK.”

“Hi. We can't speak highly enough of Hoselink. We recently had a hosereel repaired that we had had for quite a long time at no cost and in very quick time. Also we brought another sprinkler that does a wonderful job.”

“I am so pleased I came across this website! It is the most amazing company I've dealt with in a very long time. I started off with just a couple of things that I thought I would try, and it hasn't been a mistake. Hoselink has been amazing, and just when I thought I didn't need anything else, I did! I give them a 10 out of 10! The products are amazing, the service is amazing and I couldn't be more than impressed with every item I have purchased!”

“I am in my mid 80s and arthritis is the bane of my life. The clever design connecting hose/tap fittings etc is a blessing for me and the Hose Reel Cart and Portable Hose Reel have simplified watering and hose control. Thank you”

“I have purchased 3 hose reels and there great. The first one i purchased needed a repair and the replacement item wasnt available and they sent me a brand new reel under warrantee, i only had to pay frieght. Awesome customer service response its gotta be a 5star rating”

“I reckon these hoses and their attachments are the best you can buy. And I love that I can protect my reel with a cover, so it looks good as new under wraps! I have been progressively replacing existing reels around the house, and have now bought my final one for now. Hint: if you have a sneak peek on the website, you are bound to find other great ideas to help in the garden as well.”

“Unfortunately I received 3 units which leaked due to a problem during production. The service I received in replacing the units was excellent and I now have 3 functioning units. The units are as good as I expected and look forward to them continueing to perform well.”
