“Had one of our Hoselink hoses that was quite old get caught up so it wouldn't release from the unit when pulled. I tried unsuccessfully to dismantke the unit but was told if I sent it back Reply Paid to Hoselink with a one off $30 fee it would be fixed and returned or replaced with another second hand unit. True to their word the hose was fixed and sent back to me with no additional charges. Amazing ! What an incredible Australian company ! Would recommend Hoselink to anyone wanting to purchase a reliable and sturdy garden hose. Many thanks !”

“Bought solar lights for the garden and straight from the box they all worked except for one. Hoselink were slow to respond to my message about this but once they were on to it were quick to send a replacement at no charge”

“My order arrived fairly promptly with all the parts needed to install the hose reel holder. The only thing I was disappointed about was the wall plugs. The ones that were supplied were too flimsy.”

“Made in Australia, immediate no-questions-asked replacement and putting the customer first reflect the hallmarks of this company and my experience with Hoselink after purchasing two 30 meter Hoselink retractable hose reels recently. I have already recommended the company and the product to several friends and to the landscapers who have been on-site installing new gardens.”

“Had to return one of my 30mtr Hoselink hose as when I pulled it out half way the internal return spring let go and wouldnt retract the hose all the way back in. I have always been carefull when pulling the hose out and retracting slowly over the two years I've had it so this was a surprise. I rang Hoselink and spoke to a very accomadating lady who organised post return for a warrenty check and sent it back and within 2 weeks a new 30mtr Hoselink was delivered, no questions just great service a warrenty honoured, good feeling in these days. Would recommend Hoselink to anybody. Peter”
