“Disappointed when buying a replacement reel that it would not fit into the attachment from my original reel. This resulted in having to pay for a handyman to replace the backings including extra holes in my brickwork. Not happy”

“The masonry plug is extremely difficult to install and doesn’t support the weight of the equipment. For something that costs over $300, I would expect much higher quality plugs. In the end I have to go Bunnings to purchase plugs that actually work.”

“I ordered a retractable hose reel on the 13th of Sept and it is now the 26th and it has not yet arrived and I have been given no indication of when it will arrive. My order number is HL2055402.”
