“Hoselink customer service is exceptional. I purchased a hose for my parents for Christmas and there was an issue with the mechanism, they helped us problem solve and when it can clear it was a fault they sent out a new one asap!”

“Hoselink is an amazing group of people, very responsive and generous. Super easy to work with and efficient. Their product is god sent - sturdy and effective. We are a dragon boat club and we use the cart and hose to wash down our pontoon. Being mostly seniors, the portability of the cart makes it easy for us to ensure the area is cleaned regularly given the current problem with avian flu. Hoselink commitment to our paddling community is greatly appreciated and our special thanks to Ryan Bastow, Customer Service Manager who kept us up to date with the delivery.”

“I love my hose reel! It makes life so much easier and the installation instructions were clear and helpful. I highly recommend the sprinkler and the hose sprayer mixer attachment. Hoselink also has A+ customer service skills; I had a problem with my hose reel at first and they were so nice, attentive and committed to helping me out.”
