“We purchased a retractable hose, which, on delivery, had a broken spring. Hoselink immediately sent us a replacement...which works beautifully, and which we love. Our old Hoselink retractable hose was great, but this one is even better. 5 stars.”

“10 years ago I purchased my first retractable hose 20metre version and it's still going strong. 2 years later I purchased my 2 retractable hose. Can't fault them.”

“I returned a shut off valve for you to evualtate as it had failed in the nylon valve . You sent me a replacement (did note ask for one but thanks). The ball valve is the only part not carried as a spare part. I have ordered some of the Grey type and they seem to be better quality.”
