“ Hotter Shoes extensively advertising, knowing full well they were going into administration and would not be refunding returns. Fraudent activity but this is okay to do to people, especially with everyone struggling financially right now. Absolutely wrong on every level. Never, ever will I buy from Hotter again. So for the sake of the new owners refunding people, I hope hey lose business from those who have been ripped off. ”

“ I bought 2 Pr of sandels 1 pair was fine so thought I would order another pair within the same week .I put on the second pr and tripped up twice on returning home I looked at them and the sole was not stuck down it was all coming away that was one wear. I sent them back with a letter saying how dangerous they were a young male on the phone said they had a 21 day policy to get my money back ?? How many people read there policy I.m on 21 days today still no refund ? I will never buy again from them they don't even know if they have recieved them and I have my post office returns receipt ?? ”

“ Quality has deteriorated over the past year. One shoe will fit, the other is way off size. Leather is poor quality and shoes are blocky and poor fit. Shoe sizing from style to style is inconsistent. Have had a very difficult time getting proper info to mail returns. Hotter Shoes had been a staple in my closet for years but I will no longer buy the product. I’m so, so disappointed. ”

“ Customer service was of no help to me. Hassle free returns is a joke to them. I've been trying for a week to get a return label. Still don't have it. Horrible customer service! ”

“ The delivery time was good of which as a customer you pay for. The returns are charged at £2.50 but that is per pair !! Which is not made clear so to return 2 pairs a charge of £5.00plus delivery charge£3.95 £8.95 to try on a pair of shoes . I will not be using them again ”
