Why are a lot of the Hotter shoes now being made only going up to size 8. I have been purchasing Hotter shoes in a size 9 for many years but now the majority of the styles that I would purchase only go up to a size 8, especially the "New". Very very disappointing and I am presuming this is because they have been taken over by another company!

I really would like to order from Hotter however last time I ordered the shoes were not suitable so had to return them, however the refund was very slow and it looks like the refund process has not improved but even worsened. I have tried visiting your shop in Kingston but they did not have the items in stock! At this rate you will be going into administration! PLEASE IMPROVE

I’ve been trying to order two pairs of Leanne Shoes. It’s impossible to use the Website. When I emailed you, you wrote back and asked what was my order number. I didn’t have an order number because I was unable to complete the order. It was asking for something called a post code. I have no idea what that is, so the order was incomplete. Hotters customer service , is simply non existent !!! I rang the correct number and emailed several times , didn’t get any reply to either , telephone call just cuts you off . I’m think Hotter customer is just appalling , What is the company thinking to treat customers like this.? Hotters shoes and excellent but customers must have a customer service to assist with any problems. Sort this problem out quickly or you will be losing your customer including me , it can happen overnight . disappointed loyal customer Clara

Is it normal for all hotter slip on pumps and shoes to go really big after a few wears? All of my slip on shoes now have one if not two insoles !!! Really disappointed as they fit perfectly when I first had them

So many bad reviews !!! Does it not worry Hotter that so many people are unhappy about Hotter service/products. Hotter footwear is expensive and people should have better service than they are getting...it is pretty disgusting how people are being ripped off these days buy so many evil companies

Looking at the questiions here...it seems that Hotter do not answer any questions! I know now to avoid Hotter Shoes....there are obviously things to be hidded about this brand and I do not wish to endanger my back any further There also seems to be a general incompetence....as Hotter cannot spell address !!

How can I be sure hotter soles will not slip in wet weather? I recently had a bad fall due to the (well known brand and expensive) shoes I was wearing. When it rained I found it was like walking on ice and eventually slipped on the wet concrete. I had bought these shoes because they had cushioned soles....which are good for my osteoarthritic back.....but slipping and jarring my back has not done me any good.

Familiar with the brand but about 10 weeks ago I purchased a pair of Hotter Chase shoes. When wearing them, they are fine, but the following day I have very painful heels and underfoot pain. This has happened several times after wearing them. i am now loath to wear them as I know what will happen in between wearing, as I initially thought it may have been a coincidence, but not. Has this been an issue with the Chase shoe please? Perhaps the style of the sole of the shoe does not give enough support to the underfoot.Can I exchange them for another pair to the same price as I cannot wear these again. Thank you.

Good Day I have just sent an email regarding the soles of my Hotter boots disintegrating. I am shocked and disappointed as I love these boots. I am really hoping that Hotter will replace them even if they are a few years old as one can see they are in excellent condition - ON TOP - but underneath the sole is breaking up. Now I have Googled your review site for Hotter shoes, I can't believe the amount of complaints for these expensive shoes, all with the same problem : soles cracking up and mine the sides too. Even more worrying is the fact that your company does not respond to these complaints. I must say I thought I was buying a top class product and was prepared to pay the extra. This sounds like a con. Please advise how you will help me.

i HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH 2 PAIRS OF SHOES. I sent one pair back. no response from HOTTER. I have written to the directors . @ separate letters. No reply. This is terrible customer service. Wghat has happened to Hotter recently. They used to be a fantastic company who really cared about the customers. Carry on like this and faithful customers like me will not stay loyal.Come on Hotter show that you still have the same values that you used to have, Customers make a company.

Hi Christine, I am not from Hotter, just someone who was about to purchase their shoes until I saw these reviews. Like yourself, i am shocked by not only the complaints but that Hotter are just ignoring them. My advice would be to email Hotter telling them you will report the footwear to Consumer Standards as unfit for purpose. I thank you and all the Hotter customers here for taking the time show this company up for what they are.

Hi, Yes, My mother gave me an unworn pair of boots they were immaculate.I tried them on & wondered where the black soil like powder was coming from, disintegrating soles!! I threw them away , fast forward a year & another style of boot & the same thing happened, this time I was out shopping , I had great difficulty getting back to my car. This time, ( not one for coincidences) I photographed them & contacted Hotter. Very dismissive, couldnt do anything without a receipt & certainly not if someone had actually gifted me the items. Seemed more concerned that I might want a replacement ( why)

I just got back from England where I tried on several pairs of comfortable tie-style shoes and was really surprised to find out that I could comfortably wear a European size 36/UK size 4 even though I wear an American size 7, which usually translates to European size 37 and larger UK size. Baffled. .. wonder how many customers wind up returning shoes because of their strange conversion chart.

I have been wondering about Hotter Shoes for some time. I received a catalog and am interested in several styles. Your reviews are mixed, and weighted towards the low side. I don't see where Hotter has ever addressed concerns of dissatisfied customers online. Is this usual for Hotter? I would feel more confident about ordering if I saw that Hotter cared about it's customers and sought to rectify various situations (crumbled shoe soles etc). Thank you...

Hi, bought a pair of hotters shoes for my holiday quite a while back. I have worn them once but got terrible blisters, very disappointed. They rubbed the top of my feet where there are laces and stitching. I spoke to someone at customers services and was told I could send them back as faulty. Would just like to confirm before I send them back, if this is correct.

I am in the USA and just found out about Hotter today when my Mother in Law had on a new pair. I asked her about them. Are there any retail stores in the US that carry your shoes? Are they true to size. I have a very difficult time finding comfortable shoes and suffer from flat feet and plantar fasciitis.
