“ I ordered some sandals, 2/8/22 they said delivery would be 15/8/22. They never came, so I contacted customer service by email. They did reply, and told me the shoes were unavailable. They released my funds back to me. I don't think the shoes were available in the first place! Very bad service so I Googled and apparently the company is up for sale....sounds like I was lucky in that I didn't lose my money. ”

“ Although the sandals were wide, the bit in the middle between the 2 straps on the sides of my feet was hard and hurt so I returned them. The postage paid for delivery (£3.95) was not refunded and it cost an additional £2.50 to return the sandals. So trying on and returning uncomfortable sandals cost £6.45...I won't buy from them again. I'll get Pavers or Teva. ”
