I bought Chase II shoes in the UK and loved them. I ordered another casual shoe in the SAME size and they were too narrow for an Extra Wide. So there is an inconsistency in sizing that cost me $31.95 to return from the US. Never again. Sadly this company's service has gone down as they used to have a Hotter US site with more reasonable return rates.

The Hotter shop in Solihull town centre was the 3rd shoe shop I visited today (12.03.24). There were two staff working there. I wish to congratulate them on their absolutely excellent customer service. They were head and shoulders above the staff in the other two shoe shops. I left with two pairs of shoes!!

Visited Dorchester branch with shoes i bought there recently. After wearing a couple of times one shoe was rubbing on a toe causing a blister. I was very impressed with the attentive customer service I had from the assistant.For years I’ve been buying Hotter shoes and look forward to seeing this Winter’s range. I have now convinced my husband to buy Hotter Shoes.

I have bought 4 pairs of Hotter Shoes since lockdown. I like their quality, design and they are very comfortable. They have wide and extra wide fit which really suit me. The shoes were made in the UK and price is very reasonable. I also have to mention that their service is very good. As I don’t speak English well, their staff are very patient, friendly, and advised me on what kind shoes suit me better professionally.
