I was disappointed with the unimaginative customer service which would not allow me to return them outside the 30 day period.

Following a very abrupt and unsatisfactory telephone call today with a member of yr team I am disgusted to hear you are returning the shoes as apparently there is evidence they have been worn! They have not been worn out of the house as my Granny is 96 years old and unable to leave her carpeted home! She did try them on and found them to be too heavy and more likely to make her fall , which is something she absolutely has to avoid at her age! Yr member of staff refused to send images of the supposed evidence! I said I had checked the shoes before posting them back and there were NO signs of wear . I feel that this is appalling customer service and will be escalating this for further action! If you tried a pair of shoes on in a shop there is potentially signs of wear but these would still be sold on ! It would appear that looking at similar reviews this is a common problem and will be looking for complete resolution! Will continue to obtain full refund and cost of postage

DREADFUL DREADFUL company AVOID at all costs I would have left NO STARS rip off Company I ordered a pair of boots paid postage arrived too narrow sent back had an email saying was processing refund after 10 days phoned to find out where my refund was! Was told oh we have put it through it is up to the Finance Department to arrange this now! So probably wont be getting back for at least another 5-7 days. Got refund eventually only to find it was £2.95 short phoned was told oh you have to pay to return the item too. So not only do you pay for delivery but if you don't like it or it doesn't fit you have to pay to send it back so nearly £7 in postage RIP OFF COMPANY WITH DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID AVOID

" I said to them "So, when I buy a fridge and it turns out it is not fit for purpose, do I not have a right to return it because it has been used?" At this point, it is very clear Hotter do not care about customer service, refunds and ignore your statutory rights.

They only offer a credit note - in a company where quality, service and returns policy have become unreliable ?!.

I loved the shoes when they arrived - unfortunately they were too big. It took three weeks and multiple emails with almost zero responses from their Customer Service for a simple return label. It's been two weeks since I heard from them after they acknowledged that the postoffice notified them I dropped the return off and tracking shows they were received two days ago. I will never order from them again. STILL awaiting my refund.

Customer service is a total joke. I have one order that supposedly shipped 10 days ago but tracking shows it hasn't moved since then. Repeated calls to Hotter have accomplished absolutely nothing. They refuse to look into it and suggest the shoes have magically arrived in the US despite zero evidence otherwise. If you cannot support your customers in the US, do not offer sales and shipping to the US.

I ordered some sandals, 2/8/22 they said delivery would be 15/8/22. They never came, so I contacted customer service by email. They did reply, and told me the shoes were unavailable. They released my funds back to me. I don't think the shoes were available in the first place! Very bad service so I Googled and apparently the company is up for sale....sounds like I was lucky in that I didn't lose my money.

Customer service non existent. Wife sent two pairs Shoes back ,got a credit for 1. No one replies to phone calls or answers emails but we are not going to let it drop. No more Hotter Shoes for us. Service gone right down hill.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. 8ta basically NONE EXISTING been calling their customer support team for 2 weeks now to no avail. Also sent various emails during the last few weeks and no response there yet. Baffling to say the least. Shame because you make nice shoes.
