“What a shame. I have shopped with this company for several years and always had great service. The products were good quality and arrived promptly. Obviously the pandemic has cost them dearly.”

“I have shopped with House of Bath online for years and never had any problems. I am shocked by the reviews below and it appears that something has gone sadly wrong. The pandemic has caused many businesses to close and I suspect this would have added to the problems.”

“I had to claim money back due to the item being unavailable. I had a very different experience than some as my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the cheque was in the post a couple of days later. Perhaps I was just lucky. Eve”

“Having read previous reviews I ordered a duvet set with every expectation of there being a problem, however, the order was processed quickly and arrived within the time-frame given. Item is as described on the website, no problems.”
