"I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my entire life. The customer service is absolutely abhorrent. My package got stuck in customs in Kentucky and sat there for FOUR DAYS awaiting documents that were requested from house of cb to release the parcel for delivery almost immediately. This is verbatim what UPS told me. House of CB takes ZERO accountability claiming it\u2019s \u201cnormal for the package to be delayed\u201d. I asked if they could rectify the situation bc by the time I would have received the package due to their negligence I would have been out of the state with no use for this dress. I requested if they could change the address to the state in which I\u2019m attending a wedding for and needed said dress for. I was completely ignored getting the same ridiculously unhelpful automated response each time. They only communicate through email and you\u2019ll get a dumb automated response hours after you reply. It\u2019s so easy to point the fingers at delivery and customs or whatever it may be but one things for sure there\u2019s no way next day air should take a week. Take more pride in your company and do better because reviews identical to mine are echoed all throughout the internet. This was my first and certainly my LAST time ordering from House of CB and will be sure to spread my horrible experience with everyone and anyone."
