This has been one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I have ever had. The sizing with this brand is completely unreliable. According to their size guide I should be between a small and a medium. Yet across their dresses I have ended up in a small, medium, large and even large plus. Nothing is consistent and it makes shopping with them impossible. I tried one of the dresses in store and the only one they had available in my size had a stain on it. I then ordered the same style online in the size I had already tried, and it turned out to fit completely differently and did not work at all. After weeks of back and forth they finally sent me another size to try and once again it did not fit. That means I have now wasted time and money across several sizes without a single one being right. The customer service has been equally poor. Every time I emailed, I was told one thing, waited 24 hours or more for a reply, and then the next email would completely contradict the previous one. There was no consistency, no accountability and no effort to make things right. At no point did I feel like a valued customer, and I was left doing all the chasing to try and get answers. Between the inaccurate size guide, the poor quality control, the stained dress in store, and the extremely slow and unhelpful customer service, I can confidently say I will never buy from this brand again. I will also be warning others not to make the same mistake, because what looks nice online does not reflect what actually arrives or how you will be treated if there are issues

I placed an order on their official website almost a month ago, and the item is still stuck with their shipping partner. I’ve reached out multiple times over the past week, but have received absolutely no response or support. It’s a very simple issue that could’ve been resolved quickly, but they just keep dragging it out with complete silence. Clearly, this brand is only focused on marketing and completely neglects after-sales service. I expected much better from a supposedly reputable company. If you care about customer service and accountability, I strongly suggest avoiding this brand. Very disappointing experience.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Mishandled Delivery (Order #8880409) I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I had with House of CB deserves serious attention. I placed an order for 9 dresses, but only received 7. The remaining 2 dresses, in parcel PBAH8116985001, were never delivered to me — not because I wasn’t available, but due to sheer incompetence from both the courier and House of CB’s customer service. The parcel was supposedly delivered on April 28, a Bank Holiday in the UK when my student accommodation’s reception was closed. Instead of trying again on the next working day, the courier sent it straight to a local Post Office without leaving any notice. I had no idea where my parcel was. I started contacting House of CB on May 7 through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and email, but didn’t get a proper response until May 12 – well beyond their promised 48-hour window. When I finally got an answer, I was told the parcel was at the Post Office. But when I went there at 4:00 PM on May 13, it had already been returned to sender at 3:42 PM — more than two hours before their Instagram team told me to collect it at 5:59 PM! Even worse, I had clearly said on May 9 that I didn’t want a refund and wanted the items resent — but no action was taken. In short: • No delivery attempt made on a working day • No notification about where the parcel was • Extremely delayed and inconsistent customer service • No accountability or resolution offered This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and totally unacceptable experience for a premium brand. I expected much better. Still waiting on my items, and still no confirmation of reshipment. Completely disappointed.

Beware this company. Sizing is all over the place - I wear a size 8 and this company's size 8-10 wouldn't even do up. Had to send back - which they do not cover postage fees for which cost £8. Ordered size 12-14 which was again a bizarre size where it fit on the waist and the shoulders were massive. Quality and service is not good enough for price. No refunds offered on sale items - only credit. No reason for this as they take the sale items off sale. This would be fine if their sizing wasnt insane and you lose money every time you send an item back. Company has essentially swallowed my money.

Dress was lovely although they initially blocked my transactions & I had to call my bank to confirm it was not fraud.
