“This is a further review following issues I had with a pair of slippers I bought. The slippers were damaged when I received them however HoS had confirm I hadn’t caused the damage!! Satisfied of this they sent me replacements. Given the problems I experienced, so the offer of a gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated. I received one after asking for it, next day postage! What is not in doubt is the quality of slippers, which I really like and despite the less than satisfactory service so far I actually would buy more from them. They have not anything outstanding or above and beyond to warrant a higher rating in my opinion at the present time. SD.”

“I have rheumatoid arthritis in various places including my feet; it's a bit like walking on tiny sharp stones all the time. I've tried memory foam slippers, all sorts of slippers, but when I put these on they definitely eased the pain. The slippers are clearly well made and will last I lot longer than all the others I have. Beautifully made and worth every penny - thanks :o))”

“Does what it says on the tin. These slippers are as beautiful and luxurious as they look in the images. Sizing is definitely large and I'm not sure if I would have been better with a size down but, having put my feet in these, I now couldn't bear to part with them!”
