“I was very pleased with the prompt delivery service and with the fit of the slipper, as previously there has been such a variation in fit that I was unsure as to whether to risk ordering again.My only criticism is that whilst requesting returns slips (due to former experiences) I was surprised that they could not be kept for future use. I do hope the current run of 'Audrey' slippers continues so that I can order more with confidence!”

“I ordered a pair of slippers and paid extra for fast delivery. This was a complete waste of time as the slippers arrived about 5 days later . Not as stated in 2 days. Don't bother paying the extra charge for fast delivery as its now worth it.”

“These were very nice, well made slippers. Unfortunately, I have developed arthritis in my feet and now struggle to find comfortable footwear. Therefore, these slippers were not comfortable. This was not because of the slippers but due to my problem feet. They were much better than those I’ve seen in the shops whilst seeking the elusive pair. Unfortunately, I did have to return them. No complaints with service or delivery.”
