“The slippers I ordered have not been received even though Royal Mail has said it is delivered. The company do not seem to care and just keep telling me they are looking into it. This is very disappointing with Christmas 1 week away. DO Not PURCHASE From this company who are making out I am a liar”

We then emailed you to confirm the GPS location and you kindly contacted us to let us know, you had now received the parcel. “Although my husband hasnt seen his slippers yet , they are beautiful soft leather and look so comfortable. The service was second to none and i will be buying again from House of Slippers.”

“This was a second pair of slippers, as the first pair came away from the sole within 5 weeks. However, the customer service was terrible. Even after sending photos of the problem, they insisted I couldn't exchange or have a refund until the first pair was returned at my expense and inconvenience. They were a gift to my mother-in-law, who is shielding and I am not nearby to collect them.”

“Having never before used the internet to buy footwear, House of Slippers came up trumps. I ordered three pairs of slippers, one for my wife (which were perfect) and two Size 9s for me which unfortunately were too tight. But having pre-paid a £1 return postage, I returned them and asked if they could send me two Size 10s which are great. The company’s service was excellent. Alan Wooding”
