“I ordered slippers & a return label which were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, they didn't fit so returned them and agreed an exchange (no extra cost) with Customer Service for another pair in a larger size. Regrettably, the replacement pair didn't quite fit so returned them. Again, spoke to Customer Services who were very helpful.”

“Ordered some slippers a while ago and they still haven’t arrived, despite receiving several emails to rate their product! I’ve chased my product and they came back with the generic response “Royal Mail are currently experiencing some delays” which is nonsense.”

“Slippers weren't quite the same as the photo, thesesoles are different on the items received. Having said that, there are very non-slip which is excellent. I have worn them for a full day and they do not get too hot - again excellent. I may order some more very soon.”
