“It stops working a lot. Their "development" team is lacking in staying current and up to date on hiding the program, making it run smoothly, and their customer service is a joke! Emily absolutely is the worst ever for repeating, talking in circles, not responding, and for giving zero help.”

“This is a company that only values your money not you. If you have a problem all you can do is submit an email and wait about two or three days before they respond and when they respond they say the same automated response" I developers will look into it and get back to you in 72 hours " that's a lie they never do get back to you. And don't expect to get any information on Snapchat Facebook any social media that's all a lie. And they're refusing to give me a refund for a program that's not working. One of the other famous responses from them is usually" you don't have the current permissions open up the app and get your permissions". They have horrible customer service. There are better apps than this one out there stay away from this one. Oh yeah when they update you lose more information. They've got it rigged. They keep giving me the runaround and not giving me my refund that I requested numerous times already.”
“Every time there's an update more information is taken away. And when you make a request you have to wait almost a week before you get a response and the response is always the same thing "our specialists will look into it they'll get back to me in 72 hours". That's bull shot. Don't believe all those 5 star reviews those are made up. YOU NEVER GET ANY SOCIAL MEDIA LOGS. ITS A LIE. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO USE MSPY THEY WORK. THIS COMPANY ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY AND SCREW THE CUSTOMER!!!”
“Worked very well first 3 days free trial then things stopped saying I never gave permission for screenshots but they clearly was working before I bought the plan. Then a week later no calls are being recorded. This app is a joke how do y'all plan to make money after taking away services I won't be renewing and thinking after my time comes. Other than that great app first 3 days free trial”

“They need to get their "developers" up to speed and have the app up to date to work with all of the new phones and software. They are lacking in this department, and causes people to pay for an app that doesn't work. At least give us credits until you get your company running right. That's not the consumers fault.”
“Thanks to DIGITAL WEB RECOVERY, my challenging times have ended. In mid-December 2023, I ventured into cryptocurrency trading after being introduced by "Miss Gabriela, " whom I believed to be a legitimate finance manager. She showcased a LinkedIn profile with over 5000+ connections and an Instagram account with 500k+ followers, instilling trust in the company. Two weeks into our discussions, she persuaded me to set up a Metamask wallet and fund it with $29k USDT, emphasizing using USDT to prevent fund depreciation in my investment portfolio. Believing every word she said, I invested, and she explained that the $29k was just the beginning, advocating for larger trades. Despite my suggestion to wait for the first trade's completion, she insisted on taking on more significant trades in pairs, promising higher profits. Before the larger trade, I emphasized that these were my retirement funds, expecting returns upon completion. However, things didn't go as planned. The agreed-upon 4-week trading period passed, and no funds appeared in my wallet linked to the trading website. Upon bringing this to Gabriela's attention, she advised filing a complaint with care support, Revealing that my account had gone negative with imposed fees of over $90k in taxes and charges which I Refused to pay because I noticed it was a scam, that moment I asked her for a refund of my initial investment capital, She read my emails without returning them. not taking her calls anymore. I sought help from DIGITAL WEB RECOVERY after learning about their ability to TRACK & RECOVER lost investments, I immediately contacted DIGITAL WEB RECOVERY and provided them with all the transaction details, they initiated the recovery process, fulfilling their promise as My funds returned to my wallet. If you're struggling to find A trustworthy hacker, Look no further; your solution is here, Reach out to the team of DIGITAL WEB RECOVERY and trust in their ability to work in your favor, I never believed I could ever get back my stolen funds until DIGITAL WEB RECOVERY intervenes in my case. “This spy app is worthless. Before I continue take a look at that five-star reviews those are all fake. Now this company just takes your money don't expect to get information when they go on Snapchat Tick Tock Skype all of the social medias that they claim that you get when you give them money is false. I have been with them far too long and have now leaving because of that reason you do not get any information on any social media none whatsoever and when you send a request they send the same automated response " I developers will look into it and get back to you when 72 hours" that's bogus lie they never do. This is supposed to be a spy app but they also have a glitch in their system that once you accept the screenshot permission you get a pop-up box that wants you to start syncing, and once you click Start now you should be all set but that's not the case. I have to go in every night dial the pin except the screenshot and then start the sinking process and then a little later he will get on his phone and that sinking pop up will pop up again and of course he clicks cancel and therefore I get nothing for the whole day. The only thing that seems to work on this app is the GPS and that's a little flighty. Their customer service is horrible you have to do it by email and again you have to wait for them to respond to you and then get the stupid same automated response that they give you every time. I am real I have been with them far too long and I'm telling you don't waste your money. And then on the other note I have tried pretty much almost all the Spy Apps they got out there and every single one promises that once you make your payment you will get everything that is described in the package this is also bogus there is not one hidden spy app that delivers their promise once they get your money that's all they care about. Best bet is to hire a private detective. Bad Company bad customer service. Do not believe the five star ratings those are all fake accounts that they put up. Below you can see the attachment this is what pops up after I've already accepted it we should not be happening and they refuse to fix the problem so therefore I lose money every day because once he sees that he clicks cancel I get nothing for the whole day. And if that doesn't pop up which is all the time but if there's one occurrence where he does it cancel you still don't get any social media information none whatsoever.”
“Does not catch all sms did a test run and mine never even showed up, does not catch all txt conversations, and also shows something is going on in the right top corner. Also doesn't catch deleted messages either.”
“The target device continues to need me to regrant permissions it shows a casting screen at the top very often as well as the whole screen will light up with some message real quick and disappear it's very obvious there's something on the phone drains the battery. It misses calls and does not record them all it will partially record Facebook Messenger conversation but is cut off. Any idiot that uses a phone know something is up”
“Everything was good the first two weeks and the third didn't get half the info and the last week it never synced !!! This is bs . Especially for the price I paid !
