“Garbage!!!! Doesn't log everything. Does not log apps or emails at all. No support waste of money”

“This spy app is worthless. Before I continue take a look at that five-star reviews those are all fake. Now this company just takes your money don't expect to get information when they go on Snapchat Tick Tock Skype all of the social medias that they claim that you get when you give them money is false. I have been with them far too long and have now leaving because of that reason you do not get any information on any social media none whatsoever and when you send a request they send the same automated response " I developers will look into it and get back to you when 72 hours" that's bogus lie they never do. This is supposed to be a spy app but they also have a glitch in their system that once you accept the screenshot permission you get a pop-up box that wants you to start syncing, and once you click Start now you should be all set but that's not the case. I have to go in every night dial the pin except the screenshot and then start the sinking process and then a little later he will get on his phone and that sinking pop up will pop up again and of course he clicks cancel and therefore I get nothing for the whole day. The only thing that seems to work on this app is the GPS and that's a little flighty. Their customer service is horrible you have to do it by email and again you have to wait for them to respond to you and then get the stupid same automated response that they give you every time. I am real I have been with them far too long and I'm telling you don't waste your money. And then on the other note I have tried pretty much almost all the Spy Apps they got out there and every single one promises that once you make your payment you will get everything that is described in the package this is also bogus there is not one hidden spy app that delivers their promise once they get your money that's all they care about. Best bet is to hire a private detective. Bad Company bad customer service. Do not believe the five star ratings those are all fake accounts that they put up. Below you can see the attachment this is what pops up after I've already accepted it we should not be happening and they refuse to fix the problem so therefore I lose money every day because once he sees that he clicks cancel I get nothing for the whole day. And if that doesn't pop up which is all the time but if there's one occurrence where he does it cancel you still don't get any social media information none whatsoever.”

“Does not catch all sms did a test run and mine never even showed up, does not catch all txt conversations, and also shows something is going on in the right top corner. Also doesn't catch deleted messages either.”

“The target device continues to need me to regrant permissions it shows a casting screen at the top very often as well as the whole screen will light up with some message real quick and disappear it's very obvious there's something on the phone drains the battery. It misses calls and does not record them all it will partially record Facebook Messenger conversation but is cut off. Any idiot that uses a phone know something is up”

“Everything was good the first two weeks and the third didn't get half the info and the last week it never synced !!! This is bs . Especially for the price I paid ! Then as soon as my subscription ran out it synced up and told me I had to pay for the subscription again to c what I had already paid for! Sorry as hell”

“Excellent and professional investigative services. I hired JOSE for a very private and difficult matter of hacking my spouse phone, and he far exceeded my expectations. He helped me get the info(whatsapp, facebook, text messages, call logs etc) I needed faster and cheaper than I had imagined. “Well let me since I bought their product not since day one have I ever gotten one log when he went on Snapchat, Facebook, tick tock and inappropriate websites. I've had to reinstall countless times. Upon the newest update there is a pop-up that pops up every day and when I click the pin number and I accept the permission for screenshot logs another pop-up pops up stating to start the screenshot and I click Start. Then later on during the day while he's using the device that pop up comes up again he cancels it and therefore I get no logs throughout the whole day. This is been going on for 2 months straight and all I get is an automated response telling me the developers will look into it. Well this is supposed to be a hidden spy app and every single time that that thing pops up I lose what little information I get even after I've accepted the permission it pops up again and again. I get no help all they do is sending automated response you never really get to talk to a live person. I've just about had it no more dealing with this I'm going to have to find a better spy app and believe me I've tried just about all of them and not one spy app gives you what you pay for not one of them. Hopefully sometime they'll be a real spy app that works 100% but for right now all this hidden Spy Apps out there do not give you 100%. Every single spy app out there is a scam just to get your money.”

“Does anyone get this recurring issue? After getting all permissions and hide and everything this keeps popping up and every time he clicks cancel I lose what little I get for logs. I've complained 4 months in a row about this problem and all they give me is the same stupid automated response will get back to you when 72 hours or the other thing is they tell you make sure your permissions are all correct which they are. But upon making sure that this was giving permission by me then I started to open up some apps on the monitor device and this popped open three more times even after I clicked start now. But this problem is a big problem because once he clicks cancel I get nothing for the day. This has been going off for 4 months and they ain't done nothing about it. And speaking about issues they promise you'll get Facebook logs and other logs that's a lie. You don't get much. Every time you submit a request they come back with the stupid same automated response. You know they're not going to fix the problem just take your money is all. Find a better spy app.”

“Terrible service. I didnt buy their service myself and still got charged. When I asked for a refund, I could not receive the full amount. They offered to refund half the price but then charged it back from my account the next day. I never experience this before with any other product. Just unbelivable.”

“I paid for one month, and I was never able to see text, calls, and apps. I was only able to see url history. I had to install multiple times which meant getting the device again to add hover watch. On top of not getting all services promised, it made the device (which is a brand new iPhone 13 pro) perform horribly! After I installed I heard repeatedly how the phone needed to go back… it’s not working right. Speed took a huge hit as well as some capabilities. I took it off early to see if that was the issue. After I took it off, phone immediately worked again. honestly would not recommend this one to anyone. I am going to try to find a different one to use.”

“This site is a scam. Need i say more. I have asked for help with my issue several times, i opened 10 different tickets because they kept tagging my issue as a solved problem and my issue has never even been addressed much less solved!!! In the last ticket you will see that someone someone was actually opening my tickets and will you can read for yourself how ridiculous!!! They never attempted to help me with my issue and i have still yet to receive a refund. Do not buy from this company. You can see my attachments with the actual messages between me and hoverwatch. Scammers”

“The app has all permissions but still keeps stopping and won't work until I reinstall it again. It happens every day. I asked for my money back because app is not working and I can't reinstall it every single day. But they keep sending me a standart message and no real human here. They are thieves.”

“This company stole my money £65.00 i ordered for a year but did not realise the app wasnt hidden so cancelled the order after less than 24 hours,I do not know if the app works as I didnt have it long enough but please what ever you do don not use this Company they have promised to refund me possibly ten times but I havent received a penny back.....you have been warned!!!!!!!
