I think the worst thing I've ever done was to invest in this company.
When I asked to withdraw, I was turned down. I reached out to support but didn't hear back until I brought my case to T O N E L I M I T E D.COM, where I was able to collect both my profit and a refund.
This company is wholly bogus, so please stay away from it.”

“Ordered a wine cup with graphic. When the cup arrived the graphic was maybe 30% smaller than shown, had blurred letters, and the wrap was peeling. The quality didn’t seem very good. I tried to initiate an exchange for what I ordered or a refund. All of their replies were dismissive or offered a partial refund. I would not recommend using them. The product I received was not as advertised and they did not honor their own exchange policy. Instead of resolution they stopped responded so I had to call my credit card company to file a complaint.”
“Ordered some TRON Legacy gear on February 12 of this year ... took a while to get the order to dispatch and got the tracking number, popped it into my tracking apps to keep an eye on it.
Now it's the end of February, almost March, I tried contacting the courier and logistics company to find out where the package is .. they can't seem to find it.. On 10/27 (16 days later), my order has not arrived and NO TRACKING info. I contacted the company , and I was told there was an issue /shipping delay with the order and it would arrive in 7 to 12 business days (practically over 1 week after its needed for halloween).
For 16 days, no one even bother to send an email (except for their marketing emails) that an order needed by 10/31 has not even left shipment. Over 2 weeks of silence.
I asked for a cancellation and refund and they have the ordacity to say that I can only cancel an order within 24-36 hours of placing the order.
Wow! So for 16 days they said nothing about their processing issues, but suddenly they remember that they have a 24-36 hours policy for cancellation and refund?
How does companies like this still remains in business?”
