“Buyer beware! I ordered a travel cup for my granddaughter's birthday and it was late arriving so I chased it to find that 10 days later it had still not been produced and they were offering up excuses like seasonal pressure - in January! On live chat they said it had not yet been produced two days after it was supposed to be delivered and then it would be passed to the carrier in a couple of days. So I told them where to put it and cancelled the order. When I checked who the payment was made to it said: CÔNG TY TNHH MTV THƯƠNG MẠI ĐẠT THỊNH! I Googled it and it is a trading company in Vietnam! Another tell that they might be dodgy is that their Facebook has not been active since 2022, so do they actually exist or is it someone in a bedsit ordering goods from Vietnam? AVOID!!”

“Ordered a wine cup with graphic. When the cup arrived the graphic was maybe 30% smaller than shown, had blurred letters, and the wrap was peeling. The quality didn’t seem very good. I tried to initiate an exchange for what I ordered or a refund. All of their replies were dismissive or offered a partial refund. I would not recommend using them. The product I received was not as advertised and they did not honor their own exchange policy. Instead of resolution they stopped responded so I had to call my credit card company to file a complaint.”

On 10/27 (16 days later), my order has not arrived and NO TRACKING info. I contacted the company , and I was told there was an issue /shipping delay with the order and it would arrive in 7 to 12 business days (practically over 1 week after its needed for halloween).
For 16 days, no one even bother to send an email (except for their marketing emails) that an order needed by 10/31 has not even left shipment. Over 2 weeks of silence.
I asked for a cancellation and refund and they have the ordacity to say that I can only cancel an order within 24-36 hours of placing the order.
Wow! So for 16 days they said nothing about their processing issues, but suddenly they remember that they have a 24-36 hours policy for cancellation and refund?
How does companies like this still remains in business?”
