“All I wanted to do was go online and get an idea of how much it was going to cost and I would have decided if I wanted to take it further. Yes I did get a call within one day because I didn't want contact at this point and wouldn't procede. However a few days later I was contacted again.”
Hi Alan, thank you for the feedback. Most people on our site know that they will receive a call and/or email regarding their insurance quotes.
However, we also know that some people may miss that out and are just in 'research' phase. We will see what we can do to prevent this type of misunderstanding in future.
Best regards,
2MinuteQuotes
“feel am tricked into giving you info thinking am getting a quote and you just leave me and now your going to keep phoning me why cant i just have quote then i'll decide if i want it”
“I asked for a quote from Cis. ( co op)but it looks like I will be plagued with calls from a number of companies. None of which I will take up. So now I have a lot of junk e mails and waste of time phone calls coming my way”
“Two minute quote? No information or quote is given online, so the two-minute quote tag is a lie. My details were taken, email and telephone number. A very nice woman called me an hour or so later (good service if that's what I'd wanted). I explained I wanted the two-minute online quote I was offered. She "sorry about that but..." it would take between ten and fifteen minutes for my quote on the telephone. Maybe one day the moronic executives in charge of marketing lies aimed at pulling in clients will realise we are sick to death of being lied to. If this is an example of the ethos of this company, I am not interested in doing business with it.”
“You make out that you can give a 2 minute quote when in reality you hoodwink online
potential clients into giving you their details so that you can come back to them later.
I guess this is it to give a hard sell !
Please don't bother contacting me.”
