At the beginning, I was looking for 3PL to enter AU market so after some research, calls with A&O and some reassurances that they can 100% help, I signed up. I was shocked when I realized that the system they are using is NEW to them and was not helpful at all, so they moved to another software called Mintsoft (MS)which I was familiar with, and I was patient and happy to wait. I spend so many calls showing them how to use, and introducing them to our 3PL partners in different countries (who use MS) to teach them too. Once everything was 100% settled (surely I didn’t have to do all of that so who does! But I wanted to get this up and running for my sake Too), their managing director, OUT OF THE BLUE, reached out and asked me to leave and find another 3PL :D during heart of Q4 which was unbelievable and kind of rude behavior. Although they didn’t give us hard Time during transition period, it was still the worst expense and news ever to receive. Therefore, overall, if these guys are still using Mintsoft, I assure you should be fine but be prepared to be contacted by anyone and ask you to leave :D. On that basis, I absolutely do NOT recommend them

Dear Mohamed Firstly, I would like to apologise as we should have handled this situation better than we did. Our company is built on looking after the people we work with, customers, suppliers and colleagues. To have anyone feel worse off for dealing with us is a clear sign we have failed somewhere which is completely unacceptable to us. We have reviewed the series of events and have implemented clear guidelines on how we handle such situations in future. It would be unprofessional of me to talk about our reasons for us asking to end our relationship here, but hopefully, you can spare some time to meet with me, and I can share the details with you. Any further feedback on how you feel we failed would be greatly appreciated, and we can cover this in our meeting or via email if you prefer. As you are in the U.K., I am happy to meet either very early or late our time to accommodate you.
