“I'm still waiting on the order to come. I have not received the transmitter that was supposed to delivered on the 18th. I would appreciate it if you could investigate to find out where it is. Right now I really need the product and was hoping I wouldn't have to go this long without it.”
We are sorry to hear that you have not received the transmitter that we shipped out to you. From researching your order, it looks like we shipped out the transmitter the very next day after you placed your order with us via USPS. Unfortunately the shipping carriers have had some delays in some regions (which they claim are related to labor shortages caused by Covid and the recent weather). The package was scanned while in transit today and is very close to your delivery address so it looks like they should deliver it very soon. We have reached out to you in a separate email to help resolve this issue.
