I received a sound bar for a Christmas present and it is faulty. I do not wish to have a replacement. I would like a refund. As it is faulty why should I have to pay the £20 delivery? Is there a service you provide for these situations where a customer does not pay for the delivery to return faulty goods? Can you advise me please.

From my experience they only sell new items. I would check the description of the item, Im sure if they were selling a 2nd hand item or open box they would say so there.
