“I palced an order on July 6th,they ship my order out on July 30th.I wait almost a month.I also don’t understand they had no explain to me.Because I am a Asian?Very terrible experience!”

“I made 2 separate orders, both occasions I received an email advising there would be delays do to high demand in the warehouse. Then both times was advised that an item was sold out. Need better stock management. However I can now see that the item is back to full price. This is misleading or false advertising. The items I did get are correct though. Won’t be using again.”

“Had looked at a few places for a Rains jacket but HUH store had the best price in the sale and a good selection of colours. Was shipped promptly and am very happy with the item. This was my first purchase from HUH but I will definitely shop here again.”

“Came out with a 20%extra coupon right after I placed an order which was not dispatched then. So I asked to redeem the coupon to that order but got no response. It was dispatched days later and still no response to my request.”
