Hi Jardyn, Thank you for your feedback. I can see delivery was 5 business days instead of the usual 2-3. The item your ordered was located at our London shop, so was shipped to our warehouse first for dispatch. This process added two days to the normal shipment time. “I bought a bag through the huh store. At first there was a problem but the great customer service sorted it out. It took longer than expected to arrive but I got it in time. The bag really smells on the inside but I guess it is due to the materials and manufacturer rather than the huh store. I will order through the huh store again and I recommend to everyone!”

“Been waiting on a refund for 2 weeks now . Been assured on 2 occasions that It would be sorted . Went to contact the office and theres no phone number , and the live chat has a " back on Monday " out of office at 3pm on Friday. Disappointing service does not even begin to cover it .”

Hi Ray, Thanks for your feedback. Returns can take up to 10 business days to issue as per our refund policy, I can see this was already issued back to your PayPal earlier this morning.
