“Been waiting on a refund for 2 weeks now . Been assured on 2 occasions that It would be sorted . Went to contact the office and theres no phone number , and the live chat has a " back on Monday " out of office at 3pm on Friday. Disappointing service does not even begin to cover it .”

Hi Ray, Thanks for your feedback. Returns can take up to 10 business days to issue as per our refund policy, I can see this was already issued back to your PayPal earlier this morning. “Nice website with good products and great discounts. I bought some socks during a sale and it took a month before the package arrived at my door. Customer service was slow in replying to my questions if replying at all. Finally when my package was shipped I got a notification that not all of my purchases could be delivered so I received a refund for those items. Would consider twice before clicking the buy button again at their store because of the lack in communication. Unfortunately.”
