“I made an order on the 17th Feb, then received an email on the 24th Feb to say it would be with me within 7-10 days. We are now on day 14 with no delivery received and no update.”

“Absolutely terrible service. I ordered t-shirts from this site I have sent multiple emails and messages through the website also and no one is getting back to me or giving me any information at all. I'm wanting a refund and I've not received my items but there's no way for me to speak to anyone to resolve this. Just wait on a reply which never comes. Avoid if you don't want ripped off.”

“Item arrived smashed, emailed customer service which I got an automated email that they would reply in 1-2 days and its been 5 days. Even paid for next day delivery. Would not reccommend.”

“Awful service and communication. Order cancelled because it was delayed by weeks. Order cancelled and refund promised but not paid and then item turns up. Now expected to pay to return for a refund I do not trust them to make.”

“I still have not received my order I placed on the 20 Feb. I chased on the 27 and was told it was delayed which was clear before I chased. I still haven’t received my order which I have now again had to chase. I have received no communication at all regarding my order and I’m extremely unhappy with the way this has been handled. Would not recommend.”

“I placed a significant order with Huh Store on Saturday, yet by Wednesday, it remains unprocessed. Meanwhile, all other orders from different suppliers have already arrived from my shopping at the weekend. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no communication from their customer service—both their chat desk and help options are unresponsive. I have now escalated the issue to PayPal's Buyer Protection, as even their listed support email is invalid and returns as "not recognised." Given this complete lack of service, I am deeply concerned that this may be a fraudulent operation. If Huh Store resolves this and provides a valid explanation, I will reconsider my review. However, at this point, I strongly caution others against placing an order.”

“Terrible customer service, advertising products on Google at cheaper prices than other shops, yet they don't have any stock and don't respond to any email queries. Sent one item from the order, and zero comms regarding the other for 3 weeks now. Had to push though Paypal to get a refund.”

“Really awful customer service. The parcel took over 2 weeks to be delivered, I was told I could cancel the order, asked to do so twice only for it to still arrive and still be charged. I now have to pay for a return.”
