“Emailed twice to cancel as item was delayed. Automated response and then still sent item 2 weeks later. Returned had proof of delivery and still no contact.”

“I returned a coat costing £290 on the 8th January and despite numerous e-mails to HUH I have still not received the refund. I finally received an e-mail on the 7th March telling me that I would receive a refund between 3-10 working days and, despite a chasing e-mail on the 3rd April I still have not received a refund over 25 days since I was told that the refund had been processed. This is the worst Customer Service I have ever received and I would not recommend HUH Store to anyone!”

“Worst online shopping experience I’ve had. Item was delayed by 2.5 months, I requested a refund and bought the item elsewhere which I was told was processed then instead I was sent the item I no longer wanted. Interactions with customer service not helpful.”

“Made 2 orders. Was told all the items I had ordered were delayed. I requested a refund for 1 piece which has never come. Still waiting for responses to email. This is clearly a scam. Don't not use. Next port of call for me is fraud department at credit card company on the hope they will reimburse me.”

Hi Steve, Thanks for your feedback. We are not a scam, we have been a reputable business for 14 years. If you speak to the chat assistant on the website it will help you resolve the issue, or put you through to our WhatsApp for someone to assist. A chargeback will take up to 90 days to resolve so it’s best for us to issue a refund. Many thanks HUH. Store

“Don't be fooled! Just read the reviews on Trustpilot and you'll notice a trend. It took me months to resolve my order dispute which I was assured was down to the supplier – I was offered a refund but I was initially happy to wait. When they stopped stocking the brand of product I ordered I questioned if I was ever going to see the product and asked for a refund. I was told a refund was coming and I would get confirmation, a month later and nothing. Multiple missed emails and only after I filed a formal complaint and raised the missing refund with my bank did I miraculously get my refund.”

“Poor service. There was a delay to my item which I had to chase the company for information on. Customer service was very slow to respond. Still waiting on a refund for the item nearly 6 weeks after ordering. Needs to do better.”

“I ordered a sweater on February 21st (order number shared with owner by email). On 27th February, 6 days after the purchase, you stated there was a further 7-10 business day delay with shipping. On 7th March you stated I had cancelled the order - which was not true. On 17th March you replied to state you still had the order in place. But not when you would ship it. Today is March 25th, 22 business days after the initial purchase, and 17 days after the shared shipping delay. HUH is still accepting orders on the website for this item up to today. Where is my item?”
