“AVOID. Absolutely appalling service, and even worse customer support. Delay after delay on my order, and I’ve had to send multiple emails to get a single reply. Order placed on the 15th of Jan, no sign of product or refund STILL. My order was finally ‘canceled’ on the 7th of March, it’s now the 23rd and I still haven’t received the refund. Do not order from this site, unless you want to be scammed.”

“Took over 2 months to receive my order. Took over two weeks to answer my email asking where my order was. They said it would be out in two weeks. Sent another email after two weeks and no reply and also didn’t offer any form of compensation. Won’t order from this store again.”

“Disappointed. Ordered 5 items two of which for a specific event I was attending, pricing was fair and similar to other sites and in store prices however there was a 20% off code I wanted to take advantage of. Only 1 item arrived despite all showing in stock (and still showing in stock) . It has now been over a month and I am still yet to receive any of the other items. I have to chase updates myself via email to which I am repeatedly told they’re expecting a delivery and it is expected to be dispatched the following week- to which it isn’t.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with HUH Store. I placed an order on 28/01, but it didn’t arrive until 15/03—a shocking 47 days later. Despite being told on 05/02 that the order would be shipped within 1-2 weeks, there was no further communication. I had to chase them for an update, only to be told it was finally being dispatched, yet I still waited another week for it to arrive. By the time the item showed up, I had already purchased the same jumper elsewhere, which was delivered in just 2 days—a stark contrast to HUH Store’s abysmal delivery time. To make matters worse, when I asked them to cover the return shipping costs due to their excessive delay, they refused. Terrible customer service, poor communication, and unacceptable delivery times. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.”

“Ordered 2 items in early January. Waited for over 3 weeks, I eventually contacted for an update and was informed that there was a stock issue and to expect a delay of approximately 10 days. It is now 19th March and have not received my order. I have requested a refund and that process is also taking a painful amount of time with very little communication from the team. I'm incredibly disappointed and will not be shopping here again and hope I am refunded soon.”

“Sold me an item and then 4 days later told me it would be 7-10 business days until it would be dispatched. Clearly the item was never in stock. They are stealing business from retailers who actually have the item in stock then holding onto customers money for untold amounts of time. When I chased it up I was given an AI generated response detailing an even longer delay. Thoroughly fed up and I no longer even want the item as it was a birthday gift and the date has long since passed. Hopeless. AVOID unless you enjoy feeling frustrated, let down and ripped off.”
