“Like other customers I made an order for Hay crates at the end of November which I still have not received. It seems this company is happy to take your money for items they do not have. I emailed and got a response the first time telling me to keep waiting- and no response the second time. Definitely would not buy from them again and hoping to get a refund ASAP”

“I have been waiting for my kettle since placing the order on the 30th November. Communication with huh store has yielded no satisfactory answers. The 4-6 week back order situation with this item wasn’t clear when I ordered it (money has gone from my account) but even so we’re past 6 weeks now with no update. I’m now stuck with an old kettle which is leaking and can’t wait any longer to replace it.”
