“I purchased a Hay Sowden toaster which was faulty. I contacted HUH store on 15th November and have followed up on 2 separate occasions and still no resolution. There is no telephone number for customer service so you have to hope that they respond to your logged contact via their website. Pretty disappointing to pay up-front £99.00 for a faulty toaster and then be waiting over 2 weeks for HUH to confirm next steps.”
