“Easy online ordering and item arrived as described. No issues whatsoever. I had my eye of something and waited for the sales. I signed up for the newsletter so I was informed of holiday period discount early - and it was a decent discount price. Good price and good service. Thanks.”

“I have placed my order for carhatt trousers and a jacket from Norse project jacket. The quality is as good as advertised. And the size guide is very well advised. All items fits me perfectly. And I received the order on the next day. Highly recommend.”

“Ordered a cushion and 2 crates in June and the cushion arrived the week before Christmas. Customer service was extremely poor with false promises and no offer to refund or cancel order when we requested. Would not recommend this site!”

“I would give 0 stars if I could. Awful customer service. I ordered a large gift for my partner and paid for next day delivery however the item did not show up. I contacted customer services who said they would cancel the order as there was a delay with the warehouse but they never did this and the item showed up a week later at which point it was too late and not needed. I have since sent their customer service team 3 emails to which I have had absolutely no response. I am now stuck with a large box in my house that I need to somehow return to them and apparently will have to pay for the returns myself, which will be expensive, even though the error is on their side. On top of that I will then not be refunded for the next day delivery that I paid for. Crazy. I would advise to not shop with this unprofessional company. Avoid them and find the item you want elsewhere, there are so many better online stores around.”
