“Would just like to say what a great site this is! I ordered a Carhartt bag, very easy to use the site, my item was dispatched extremely quickly and beat its scheduled delivery time! Very very impressed and will be doing a larger haul again here very soon! Highly recommend :) thanks HUH!”

“Customer service lacking. Slow responses, sometimes none. Must not be able to cope with demand, otherwise there wouldn’t be a constant backlog. Can be summed up with style over substance. Would prefer to support independent, but think this only goes where”

“Purchased a piece of furniture and was told to expect delivery within 6 weeks. After 6 weeks came and went, I emailed to ask for an update and was told that there were delays and I should expect to receive my order in 2 weeks. That deadline passed and there was no update from HUH, so emailed again and was told there were further delays but was assured that I would receive my package in 1-2 weeks. Having waited almost 15 weeks I decided to cancel the order, but all 3 emails I have sent attempting to do this have been completely ignored. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received - AVOID SHOPPING HERE”

“Would not recommend. Made to order items ordered last year, never arrived and customer service emails were never answered. I do not think I will ever get the items I have ordered nor a refund, or a response to my numerous emails. Avoid.”

“This was my first order from HUH. and I found the store because I was looking for a new scarf. I ended up ordering a Norse Projects scarf and Carhartt WIP t-shirt. The website was easy to use and my order shipped quickly and arrived as expected! I will be shopping here in the future.”

“Worst retail experience I've had in a long time. I placed my order on 15 Dec 2023 (and paid for next day delivery). It arrived 20 days later, on the 4 January 2024. Appreciate Xmas is a busy time for retailers and couriers but there was absolutely no communcation about this. HUH ignored multiple emails I sent asking for update. I am returning the item - because it is too small - and they have again ignored my email about this. Looking at their website, the onus is all on the customer with returns, your cost, etc - you even have to include a print out of your order confirmation or a handwritten note with your order number (not provided in my order). Bear in mind the item ordered was £385. I will be returning my order to the associated store in Dalston, London. I hope to speak to an actual human, that will reply (hopefully). Absymal. Won't be shopping with HUH again and would advise others to avoid.”
