“I placed an order for 3 bar stools in November and despite numerous emails to the customer services team chasing for a delivery date I have not had a reply and I am concerned that this is a scam. Others reporting similar experiences.”

“Placed an order in Octobers 2023 and still have not received it in January 2024. Customer service not helpful at all, they either give me delayed delivery dates or do not answer me at all. It's also impossible to speak to anyone over the phone. Not certain when I'm ever going to get my order. Would not recommend ordering anything online.”
