“ There were weeks between replies from the company at times, I followed their returns process as specified and it took 6 weeks for them to action a refund, with no actual minimal apology for the really long delays/ responses. ”

“ Order and delivery (5 stars). They seem to be proactive when taking money and sending orders. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, my experience returning an unwanted item has been appalling. HUH Store received my return on 23rd September. Three weeks later, I'm still awaiting confirmation of their receipt and processing. I reached out after 13 working days (longer than their stated 10-day policy), and all I received was a generic response stating that all returns were processed within 10 days!! I would seriously consider avoiding this store unless you are absolutely certain you won't need their returns service! ”
