“This is great once you get the hang of it, took me a few attempts but once I got a rythum going it was quite fun, I’ve had it since Monday and my abdominal muscles are feeling quite sore so I know it’s working, if you buy it just stick with it it’s worth it”

“LOVE it.... I had a normal weighted hoop which i ended up too bloomin scared to use it hurt that much. And the bruises, omg, they were horrendous. This smart hula though, is fanbloomintastico.”

“Only had it a day but so far so good. It took a very long time to get it going but once you get the feel for it it will keep going round. It does keep you moving cause if you loose momentum so does the weight and it won’t go round. It’s Noisy but if you stick some headphones on it’s not a big problem. I would definitely recommend”
