“Shop assistants at Humber Runner are good at providing advice and guidance on appropriate running shoes to meet needs, however the prices for trainers are very high end - I'd advice shopping around if you want a good deal.”

At Humber Runner we pride ourselves on the advice our experienced staff are able to offer customers. Services such as gait analysis and in-store advice from our sports rehabilitation specialist are not offered by online specialists. To be able to offer this customer experience means we can't always match online discounted prices. What we do offer is quality shoes and honest advice at the best price we can.

Thank you for your comments. On this occasion your order was delivered 10 working days after ordering (we try to deliver within 5 working days) and for this we apologise. Unfortunately due to a sudden demand for that product we ran out of stock and had to wait for a new delivery. We always ensure orders are dispatched as soon as possible but unfortunately circumstances beyond our control meant a slight delay.
