We like two things, People and Hydroponics. We all genuinely enjoy our jobs and really appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to not disappoint you so once you have paid for something, we realise it belongs to you... Why not get it to you ASAP! Not everything can be packed or made to ship in 4 hours but over 90% do (often 100%). We are people, and we shop online. Its terrible when people take a week to dispatch something. OMG! We do have supplier issues sometimes, so if it says backorder we are expecting it and will get it to you as soon as we can.
Also we like to create new products so keep checking us out.

“I would recommend shopping at hydro centre over any other shop I have been. Staff are very knowledgeable and make asking questions very easy and give extremely helpful answers. I have had nothing but good experiences each time I have shopped here. If they don't stock an item they will try get it in for you and if they are unable they don't try selling you an "alternative" that ends up in the bin. Couldn't be happier with service received. Thank you to Hydrocentre and the whole team.”

“The Hydrocentre has to be the best in Australia for quality gear & service,, great online shopping with good info & prompt delivery. I live on the mid north coast, I found them quicker delivery than the Sydney stores & their only 3hrs away. Great job guys.”
