We like two things, People and Hydroponics. We all genuinely enjoy our jobs and really appreciate your feedback. Our goal is to not disappoint you so once you have paid for something, we realise it belongs to you... Why not get it to you ASAP! Not everything can be packed or made to ship in 4 hours but over 90% do (often 100%). We are people, and we shop online. Its terrible when people take a week to dispatch something. OMG! We do have supplier issues sometimes, so if it says backorder we are expecting it and will get it to you as soon as we can.
Also we like to create new products so keep checking us out.

“I haven't purchased any hydroponics gear from the Hydrocentre, but I did purchase the most wonderful drying racks for jumpers and other delicate items that need to be laid flat after washing. I'd been searching for exactly this for years! The postage was reasonable, and the team got the parcel to me within two days of ordering. I'm so happy with my purchase, and the great customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Hydrocentre Hydroponics Gold Coast, and especially their drying racks.”

“Using Coco/perlite for a medium, I’ve found their Grow Research Nutrients for the coco as good as leading Brands such as Advance Nutrients for coco. No need to adjust the PH lvl either. Recommended Highly.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 Great customer service as always to.”

“Extreme service. I was advised there would be a delay and offered a refund if that did not suit me. I opted to wait - all of a few days. Mine was a tiny order and I was treated like a major client. I received updates of the delivery schedule. Top marks Hydro Centre!!”
