“Do not buy face masks if your child is over 5 as they are way to small. I bought 4 masks as they were advertised to fit children up to 10 years they don’t fit a 7 year old and Hype refuse to take it back. Will never order again from Hype!!! Bad customer service!!!!!”
“This is just as bad as it gets. Placed my order a month ago on the 27th of April. ETA was the 1st of May. Now it's 25th of May and the parcel is yet to come. Tracking status hasn't changed for weeks now. I reckon it's lost but can't claim refund from Royal Mail coz I'm not UK resident. So money is gone, parcel is god knows where. Support is ignoring my emails. What a waste...”
“Bad customer service (they never respond to emails). Poor quality face masks, don't buy, thin flimsy fabric, not adjustable as fabric loops not elastic, doubt they would survive washing, certainly won't offer any protection. Waste of money.”

“Made an order as a guest. No confirmation email, nothing to confirm the order went through until package arrived two weeks later, sizes are much bigger than expected. Have tried multiple times to get info on their returns policy as no return label was in the package, no correspondence back from them. So disappointing as the items were bought as a Christmas present. So I’m stuck with two items that are useless to me ☹️”
“I ordered a watch for a christmas present for my son on the 26th november. Had an email with estimated delivery 30th November. It's now the 10th December and still not been dispatched.
Have emailed them countless of times last week, with no reply. Tried to ring them, straight to voicemail. Left a message no response.
The money has been taken out of my account. I understand it's a busy time, but 2 weeks waiting is rubbish.
Have asked for them to cancel my order so I can order elsewhere.”

“They had a free joggers when you purchase a hoodie but everytime I got to checkout I was having to pay for both items! When contacted they said purchase the hoodie and we will add joggers to your order! When I placed order manually they then said joggers aren't available would you like alternative I said ok any joggers same size in black (joggers were still showing as available online) then they got back to me saying this offer is no longer available even though the offer was live when I placed the original order after following thier instructions!
This is an appalling way to conduct business especially to a good returning customer. Well Hype 3 times a fool but no more feel free to hang your head in SHAME you have earned it!!!”
