“Ordered and paid for a gi. Initial correspondence was excellent, however after the gi hadn't turned up after a month, I started asking questions. Whoever was running this company has well and truly checked out with no response to emails, messages, or phone calls.”

“Since you asked for a review, here is one from me: I bought two GI from Hyperfly so far, both had issues with lapels shrinking. Hyperfly Asia were kind enough to replace one of them and I was kind enough to make additional purchase as a good will gesture to show my appreciation for the kind gesture. However, after making full payment for my new GI and eagerly waited for it to arrive in mail, I was quiet disappointed as only replacement GI was shipped to me, but not the GI purchased at full price as it was left behind and forgotten by the warehouse (so I was told). I understand, mistakes happen. I get it. But since it is second time it is happening to me (previously I ordered purple belt and they sent me white instead) I decided to pull the plug on Hyperfly once and for all. In my opinion, you have a great customer support, but I can’t say the same about warehouse support. And I must say, GI quality is rather questionable (I owned many GIs in my life, from super cheap to limited edition ones and none of them has lapel shrinking problem like yours), BTW I am still stuck with one of those GI from Hyperfly with a shrunk lapel (only my son’s one was replace) because I just do not see any point in replacing it with another one which will shrink anyway, this just shows how much confidence I have left in your GI quality.”

“I ordered a white junior Gi. Somehow was delivered a black Gi. Asked for it to be exchanged for the correct colour over a month ago and as yet haven’t heard a thing or received the correct Gi causing terrible disappointment for the child trying to start this great sport. Absolutely disgraceful service. Will never, ever use Hyperfly again.”

“I ve bought the judofly v3 a month ago and honestly I was expecting more. Got more than 15 of training and teaching, Im brazilian/australian and I used all possible brands like keiko, atama, koral, dragao, kingz, humble, tatami, casca grossa and others. Its a heavy gi for sure but if u compare it to cheaper GIs like a tatami classic its inferior. The tatami sleeves got way more stiches that makes it way harder to do grips, its also not as slim as a atama/koral/tatami. The bottom of the gi is thick but the most important bit for someone passing or doing guard is the sleeves that shud ve be slim or thicker or have a few more stichtes. Its just not a good GI overpriced, heavy but not that thick (double weave gi) and with not the best cut. Very disapointed and wouldnt buy it again.”

“Product is good but make no economical sense to do an exchange if wrong size as have to pay a courier ourselves. Should include free return courier.”
