“It has been over a month since I’ve ordered my GI, the shipping courier (aramex) has been unhelpful in helping me receive my parcel. I had spent over $200 and my parcel is apparently 6 hours away, waiting to be picked up, since the 14/04 - it’s now the 02/05. I understand as a company using a cheap shipping method is ideal, but that should not be priority over your customers! I will not even be purchasing from here again & will be passing this message onto my class 👍🏻 bugger the 20% off if you never get your parcel!”

“We recently purchased club gis through hyperfly, the gis are of expected quality but the sizing is not consistent with the regular hyperfly sizing.. this has left us significantly out of pocket ($1000s of dollars) For example some of the biggest students we have that would usually wear an A4 have had to buy an A2 in the custom sizing… this now means those who would have purchased A2s don’t have a gi available to them that is small enough and we now have a bunch of A3 and A4 gis that we will never be able to sell. One student who is 6”4 and 115kg is wearing an A2…”
