How does one get their refund when the merchant has cancelled their deal with Hyperli?? I have been in contact with Chancel and he/ she who seem to lack knowledge of his/her work. im being sent back to the merchant to be told the same story that Hyperli knows that they need to refund me and not the merchant as they didnt take any money from me PLEASE ASSIST!

I have a problem with the merchant, they have cancelled their deal / agreement with hyperli as a result they can't accept my vouchers. I was told to contact Hyperli to get my refund but Chancel is being such a... he/she is refusing to process my refund after back and forth emails What process do i need to follow to get my money back??
